Welcome to La Casa del Arti, a charming guest house located in Sigean, in Aude and, in particular, the magnificent Corbières region. Our single-storey establishment, with Moroccan and Spanish-inspired architecture, has 4 spacious, comfortable, soundproofed and air-conditioned accommodations, each with its own terrace.
We are certified by the official French brand Qualité Tourisme for the quality of our services, our warm welcome, the comfort of our accommodation, the listening and support of our guests as well as the respect for the environment.
The house was built in 1977 and has been gradually renovated over the last few years. The Africa and Coquelicots rooms were completely redone at the beginning of 2023.
This year, we have enlarged and completely renovated our Studio which has thus become our apartment “Suite 80” (March 2024) and we are expanding our house, with a new living and activity room, as well as a well-being area (with hammam, sauna and spa!!) (August 2024). And we have other projects, to guarantee you exceptional stays.
We offer you a family atmosphere, where you will be received like friends. We like to share our experiences, chat with our guests and give them advice on places to visit in our region.
You can also relax on the private terraceof your room, near the heated swimming pool, under the pergola, ... to have an aperitif or share some moments of conviviality and simplicity.

All our accommodations are accessible independently.
Animals, as small and friendly as they may be, are not accepted. The house is "non-smoking" except outside.

Our latest achievements
The Mediterranean room was repainted and partly renovated at the end of 2022. The Africa and Coquelicots rooms were completely redone at the beginning of 2023, to provide more space and comfort.
In 2023, we also replaced the pool filtration installation, with a salt electrolysis system and automatic pH control, and installed a heat pump. We then installed an ambient lighting system around the pool.
At the end of 2023, beginning of 2024, we expanded and completely renovated our "Studio" apartment which became the "Suite 80" of our house, offering every comfort a self-contained apartment and the common areas of the guest house.
In April, we installed two charging stations for electric cars.
And it's not over! The work to expand our house is in full swing and we hope to be able to have the new spaces in a few months more in 2024!

Our upcoming projects
We still have other projects, the most important of which started at the end of 2023 and should be completed at the end of 2024:
- the expansion of our house of more than 100m², with the creation of a new activity room on the ground floor and a strong>well-being area(hammam, sauna and spa) upstairs. We hope to be able to take advantage of these new facilities before the end of 2024
- the transformation of the current part of our house which will provide us with a more comfortable private space and, above all, will allow us to "merge" the current floor with the wellness area and create a massage salon, a relaxation lounge and a magnificent terrace of over 30m² on the roof, facing south!
Later, we plan to redevelop the grounds of the property and the car park, renovate the room Mediterranée and create a "premium" room.
Other projects are still planned, with the aim of doing even better and thus being able to ensure almost unrivaled comfort for our customers !
