Welcome to La Casa del Arti, a charming guest house located in Sigean, in the Aude region, and in particular, the magnificent Corbières region. Our single-story establishment, with Moroccan and Spanish-inspired architecture, offers four spacious, comfortable, recently renovated, soundproofed, and air-conditioned accommodations, each with its own terrace.
We are certified by the official French label Qualité Tourisme for the quality of our services, our warm welcome, the comfort of our accommodations, the attentiveness and support provided to our guests, and our respect for the environment.
This year and early 2026, we are expanding our house with a new living and activity room, as well as a wellness area (with a hammam, sauna, and spa!!) (mid-2026). And we have other plans, to guarantee you exceptional stays.
We offer a family atmosphere, where you will be welcomed like friends. We love sharing our experiences, chatting with our guests, and giving them advice on places to visit in our region.
You can also relax on the private terrace of your room, by the heated pool, under the pergola, ... to enjoy an aperitif or share moments of conviviality and simplicity.
Hotel, Guesthouse, or Bed and Breakfast? While we are officially defined as a bed and breakfast, our house can also be considered a small hotel offering a level of comfort that is often significantly higher and yet less expensive than most hotels.

All our bathrooms are private, with shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, organic Aloe Vera shower soap dispensers, comfortable shower and bath towels Toilet.
All our accommodations are independently accessible.
Pets, however small and friendly they may be, are not allowed. The house is non-smoking except outside.

Our latest achievements
The Mediterranean room was repainted and partially renovated at the end of 2022. The Africa and Coquelicots rooms were completely renovated at the beginning of 2023, to provide more space and comfort.
In 2023, we also replaced the pool filtration system with a salt chlorination system and automatic pH control, and installed a heat pump. We then installed an ambient lighting system around the pool.
At the end of 2023, beginning of 2024, we extended and completely renovated our "Studio" apartment, which became "Suite 80" in our house, offering all the comforts of a self-contained apartment and the common areas of the guest house.
In April, we installed two electric car charging stations.
And it's not over yet! The work to extend our house is well underway, and we hope to have the new spaces available in 2026!

Our upcoming projects
We still have other projects, the most important of which began at the end of 2023 and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026:
- First, the extension of our house by more than 100m², with the creation of two new dining and activity rooms and sanitary facilities on the ground floor, as well as a wellness center (hammam, sauna, and spa) upstairs.
- Then, the transformation of the current part of the house and its elevation with a new floor, which will allow us to offer three new spacious and comfortable bedrooms, two massage rooms, and a magnificent terrace of more than 40m² rooftop, facing south!
Later, we plan to continue with other new rooms and also redesign the property and parking area, replace the swimming pool, and renovate the relaxation areas around it.
Other projects are still planned, with the aim of doing even better and thus being able to ensure almost unparalleled comfort for our guests!
