Welcome to La Casa del Arti, a charming Hotel & Spa located in Sigean, in the Aude region, and in particular, the magnificent Corbières Maritimes area.
We offer 5 very spacious and comfortable rooms (1), new or recently renovated, all soundproofed and air-conditioned.
We are certified by the official French brand Qualité Tourisme for the quality of our services, our warm welcome, the comfort of our accommodations, our attentiveness and support for our guests, and our respect for the environment.
Having already completed significant renovations to our rooms in 2023 and 2024, we have planned two more major phases of work, from late 2025 to early 2026 and then late 2026 - early 2027, to expand and renovate our house and thus guarantee you truly exceptional stays.

We offer a family atmosphere, where you will be welcomed like friends. We enjoy sharing our experiences, chatting with our guests, and giving them advice on places to visit in our region.
You can also relax on the private terrace of your room, near the heated pool, under the pergola, etc., to enjoy an aperitif or share moments of conviviality and simplicity.
Hotel, Guest House, or Bed and Breakfast? While we are still officially defined as a guest house, we consider ourselves more of a small hotel offering a often significantly higher level of comfort, yet at a lower price compared to most hotels.

All our bathrooms are private, with shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, organic Aloe Vera shower soap dispensers, comfortable shower and bath towels Toilet.
All our accommodations are independently accessible.
Pets, however small and friendly they may be, are not allowed. The house is non-smoking except outside.

Our latest achievements
The Mediterranean room was repainted and partially renovated at the end of 2022. The Africa and Poppy rooms were completely refurbished in early 2023, to provide more space and comfort.
In 2023, we also replaced the pool's filtration system with a salt electrolysis system and automatic pH control, and installed a heat pump. We then installed ambient lighting around the pool.
In early 2024, we expanded and completely renovated our "Studio" apartment, which became "Suite 80" in our house. This option was offered from April 2024 to November 2025, providing all the comforts of a self-contained apartment and access to the guesthouse's common areas. In April 2024, we installed two electric vehicle charging stations. And that's not all! Our upcoming projects
In late 2025 and early 2026, we will be undertaking major renovations to transform our establishment into a high-end hotel with a spa, opening in May 2026, offering:
- 5 very spacious and comfortable rooms, soundproofed and air-conditioned;
- a wellness center with a hammam, sauna, and spa – changing rooms and showers;
- 3 wellness treatment rooms (massages, facials, body treatments, etc.);
- a lounge bar & Relaxation and a dining area;
- Pleasant terraces to enjoy the sun and have a drink and/or a meal;
- A magnificent heated swimming pool from May to October;
- Secure parking with 8-9 spaces and 2 charging stations for electric cars….
In short, everything you need for a unique experience of comfort, peace, and relaxation, in a welcoming and warm setting, just 500 meters from the center of the charming little town of Sigean, 6 km from the beautiful beaches of Port-La Nouvelle, and less than an hour from a large number of exceptional tourist sites.
At the end of 2026, we will continue these renovations to create 3 new bedrooms and completely renovate the 3 bedrooms near the pool, as well as the pool and its surroundings.
Our ambition is to then be recognized as “ boutique-hotel****-spa » and to do even better to guarantee you exceptional stays at La Casa del Arti.
